Position Overview: Endoscopex is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  3. Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide technical support and guidance to customers, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability inquiries, providing recommendations and information as needed.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, documenting inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements, providing feedback and suggestions to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  10. Uphold a positive and professional image of the company in all customer interactions, fostering loyalty and satisfaction among our customer base.
