Position Overview: Endoscopex is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within the company. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new employees.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and job performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and updates that may impact HR practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications used for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
