Position Overview: Endoscopex is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
2. Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to support project execution.
4. Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
5. Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews, to communicate project status, address issues, and drive decision-making.
6. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes through appropriate change control processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.
8. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, trust, and accountability among project team members.
9. Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
10. Conduct lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of projects, documenting key insights and recommendations to inform future project planning and execution.
