Position Overview: Endoscopex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of products, and leading a team of warehouse staff to maintain a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in inventory management, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing endoscopy products.
2. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
3. Oversee inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy verification.
4. Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
5. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to warehouse team members as needed.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations, including sanitation and product handling standards.
10. Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and labor productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
6. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software applications used for inventory control and order processing.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and drive implementation.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to support business operations.
10. Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
